Situation

Theseus has been hired by PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) to eliminate Sam Mitchell and his militia.

He is a well known degenerate with an unnatural 'love' of animals and distributes illegal material from his home in Colombia, he was formerly arrested in the United States but escaped to Colombia following a high profile trial where he now operates as a mercenary for the cartels.

The Colombian Government is more than happy to allow us into the country to eliminate this group, but they have imposed restrictions on what we are allowed to utilise, they worry that we could cause more damage than the group we're here to destroy.
