Situation

Poorly equipped TKP insurgents have been pushed back far inland by PPF militia. Local smuggling efforts have proven insufficient as PPF forces have stationed observers and inspection points on the local islands. Our first task in this contract is to break this blockade and get the TKP their first shipment of desperately needed arms.

TKP insurgent fighters have given us coordinates for a RV point on the coast where they will provide trucks and some lighter vehicles to allow us to transport cargo to their interior collection point at Gadara village. They have assured us that some will be armed, but to what degree is unknown. This village is an unmarked friendly insurgent-held village accessible by road from the planned RV on the coast.

TKP fighters have reported that they are likely to only have transient control of their designated locations due to unpredictable incursions by PPF infantry in the bush, but will be guarding the rendezvous and Gadara village with significant concentrations of forces until they have verified we have left the area.

Once on the mainland PPF forces are likely concentrated in larger towns, and so once they are aware of our presence we will have some time before they are able to move fighters into position. Extraction will likely be more difficult than insertion.

TKP are the insurgent faction we are supporting. They currently have a dearth of modern weaponry, being equipped with older civilian arms. PPF fighters are a militia using primarily old Cold War equipment. Currently, they lack portable anti-vehicle weaponry but there have been some reports of heavy machine guns emplaced in static positions. Neither faction wears armor.

After action report:

We took some sparse contact on our way to landing site and there we had bunch of vehicles waiting for us. After transferring the cargo from boats to cars we made our way to target village without problems. On our way back to our boats we got ambushed twice and sadly lost many good contractors. We managed to load up all the bodies and make our way towards the boats while reinforcements were sent to come aid us in the jungle warfare. When reinforcements arrived at the landing site they got ambushed again but luckily we didn't suffer any more casualties.
