Situation

Rasputin is still alive.. Hours after we eliminated him he was with the Russian minister in Paraiso, while he announced his abdication and endorsement of Rasputin.

Luckily for us we have confirmed intelligence that Rasputin is now somewhere inside Somato surrounded by his followers.

As of yet it is unclear if Rasputin has hired Vanguard PMC as protection or if they are willingly following him, either way expect heavy resistance.

It feels like we've done this before.
